Services

Our goal is to make continuous improvement simple and affordable for all businesses.

You want your business to be more sustainable and profitable, and to create a culture where problem-solving is second-nature. To do this, you need to enable cultural change, build strong employee engagement and make sure you have the right processes in place.

We can help through:

Lean business improvement

Walk away with an understanding of the principles, techniques, tools and practices used in Lean organisations and gain:

  • Simplified systems

  • A more engaged workforce

  • Reduced waste (of time, effort, and resources)

Lean is a way of thinking – not a list of things to do
— Shigeo Shingo, Toyota

What is Lean?

Lean is a system of techniques and activities that originate from TPS (Toyota Production System) for running a business. These differ according to the application at hand, but they have the same underlying principle: the elimination of all non-value-adding activities and waste from a business.

Who will benefit?

Everyone in the organisation has a role to play in Lean implementation. Everyone can benefit from how Lean influences team culture, processes, and behaviour.

What our clients say

The name says it all, Simplicity Works. This program has simplified our processes, made it visual, improved our culture and above all, has increased our production output by 32% with no extra staff needed. We would highly recommend Tony and his services
— Jeremy Scott – Centa-Pak Enterprises
Lean and the communication centres have solved so many small issues on a daily basis that I am sure we have forgotten most of them. Lean doesn’t create issues, it exposes the issues your current system is hiding, and we are living that now every day. The Management team is much more a team than it ever was, as a result of the collaboration
— David Hayes – Dealer Principal, Dubbo City Toyota

Teamwork

Walk away with greater employee engagement.

If you get all the people in an organisation rowing in the same direction, you could dominate any industry, in any market, against any competition, at any time
— Patrick Lencioni

What is teamwork?

Teamwork is a group of people using their individual talents to achieve a common goal.

Teamwork is the important element we want to nurture during Lean implementation to ensure small groups work effectively and achieve incremental improvements.

Who is it for?

Any team. A team is a relatively small number of people (from three to twelve) who meet on a regular basis and are collectively responsible for results.

What our clients say

Tony has changed the way our staff at Intersales work and think. He connected with all levels of our team during training, and it has made the changes and lean implementation easier than expected. We enjoy working with him to make a better workplace. Thanks Tony.
— Amanda Blachut – CEO, Intersales

Lean leadership

Lean is about culture change. Lean leadership is a one-day workshop where you will learn what it is going to take to successfully implement Lean. This will require you to develop:

  • Communication

  • Autonomy

  • Accountability

  • Problem Solving

Leadership is solving problems. The day soldiers stop bringing you their problems is the day you have stopped leading them. They have either lost confidence that you can help or concluded you do not care. Either case is a failure of leadership.
— Colin Powell

What is lean leadership?

“Leadership is holding yourself and your team accountable to stick to a plan.”

– Alan Mulally

Who is it for?

Management, supervisors and Lean Champions.

What our clients say

Tony was instrumental in creating a culture of continuous improvement. A lot of people have the technical skills, but don’t understand that sustainability of any continuous improvement depends on winning the hearts and minds of people doing the work.
— Suda Nathan - Northparkes Mine
